Thank you for visiting and shopping at Thymemaker Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order and Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Productions will take up to 2 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact us on hello@thymemaker.com or via our social media.

Orders are not shipped out on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing and production time of of up to 2 working weeks.

All packages are shipped via Qxpress, Singpost or self delivery by Thymemaker 's personnel, unless otherwise stated. Due to Covid-19, we have temporarily halt all self collection.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

Shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery rates shall be subjected to changed without notice. The rates shall, however be reflected during check out and before payment.

**Thymemaker may dispatch their own personnel to complete the delivery to customer's door step when standard delivery are paid for. Time and Date will be pre arranged with customer to ensure smooth delivery. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing for exchange. 

 

Self Collection at Thymemaker Studio *Not Available till futher notice*

If you prefer to self pick-up your purchase, you may do so at our main office location at 6D Mandai Estate, M-Space, #05-01, Singapore 688296. 

Kindly ensure that you have correctly selected self collection during check out. In the event that standard shipping has been chosen (and paid for) and you changed your mind to self collection, delivery fee will not be refunded. 

Any transport expenses incurred for the pick-up will not be reimbursed. As such, please only select the option of Self Collection if you are comfortable with travelling to Thymemaker Studio at your own expense.

Please ensure that we have acknowledged your pick-up appointment before making your way down so as to ensure that your order is ready for collection.

Self collection timing: 

Monday to Friday:  Between 1000Hrs to 1700Hrs

Saturday: Between 1000Hrs to 1400Hrs

*Outside collection timing may be possible on case to case basis.

International Shipping Policy

We regret to inform that we currently do not ship outside of Singapore.
